The Easy Fill kit replaces the original Joto pen system, greatly increasing ink longevity and improving the whole refill process. Early Joto backers are eligible for an Easy Fill upgrade kit on purchase of a new ink refill. Later Joto units will ship with the Easy Fill kit included.
1. Open the guide
If this is your first time setting up Joto you can follow the initial setup steps for your Joto here. If your Joto is already setup then you can head straight to the Easy Fill guide built into the Joto app. The guide takes you step-by-step through the process in detail.
Hit the menu icon on the home page and the setup guide is located at the bottom of the menu list.
2. Familiarise yourself with the EasyFill contents:
- Edding ink refill
- Spring cap
- Mini Pens x2
- Dock
- Pen Lid
- Nibs x10
Calibration
Following the Easy Fill setup if you encounter any issues with Joto’s drawing or erasing, then settings can be further calibrated on Joto’s settings page. Try increasing the number of erases or modifying the pen settings.
