I haven’t used Joto for a few weeks, but today, when I open the Joto app on iPhone, it immediately crashed. I restarted the iPhone, deleted the app and re-installed it, but it’s the same. I tried the app on my Pixel phone, and it also crashes immediately. Does anyone has the same experience?
Hi @daichi_mm - this is usually due to internet connection. If the app can’t check for updates, connect to the IOT endpoints etc.
