I log into the app, plug in the Joto, I connect the app to Joto in the phone’s WiFi settings, but then when it scans for WiFi networks it’s not finding any at all. I kept scanning and just once it found a neighbour’s WiFi, but not ours. Any advice would be great, thanks!

Is your wifi only 5GHz - Joto only supports 2.4Ghz which might be why its only seeing other networks.
Thanks so much Jim, I think that must the issue, for some reason our 2.4Ghz stopped working, which has been an issue on another device to, no problem I’ll work it out, thanks so much!
