It stopped working a week or so ago. I am still able to send some command to the desk (go to Care mode, erase it). However, it is impossible to draw anything on it. When I click the “Send Jot” button, it is just endlessly loading and do nothing. I tried factory resetting it and creating a new account.
It is completely dead now?

Raaaaaaaaahhh. Il doesn’t jot anymore here either !!
I’m using the iOS app. I can connect to my account but when I press “jot” it says “prescessing sketch…” for quite a long time and stays on the “Create” tab. Usualy it goes by itself to the 1st tab (with “ready to jot”) ans starts drawing.
I reboot my joto with no more luck.
Please Joto team, don’t let it die !!!

Got to the bottom of the issue and you should now be able to Jot again.
