I just got my Joto up and running again now that 365 days off Art is available.
It Joe’s fine but does not erase at all.
I assume I need to replace the foam wiper. How do I do this?

Hi @andy1205 - if its not erasing at all, then its unlikely to be the foam. Can you check the wiper is located correctly in both ends of the Joto’s arm.

The foam rarely needs replacing. The symptom for requiring a foam replacement is a dirty board or smudges, or perhaps some areas missing when erasing.
