I get my 365 picture every day. It’s great. But when I try to go and reprint an old 365 picture it says I need a subscription. I have a subscription or I wouldn’t be getting a daily picture.
Hi @Chaos - how are you trying to access the Jot again?
It’s probably a bug in the interface that’s not updating.
I would just select search. When I select the command bar all the pictures show up. I then try to print one with a yellow star.
